See my Santa version HERE
Aren't these the stinkin' cutest things you have seen!!!! I used my Scallop Circle Punch for the bodies. I have a Dove chocolate in between my medallions but you could also use a Peppermint Patty.
What you need to make these:
Scallop Circle Punch
Word Window Punch
3/4 Circle Punch
1/2 Circle Punch
White Gel Pen
Create two Medallions with your Scallop Circle Punch for the body, I created a tutorial a for making medallions a while back and you can find it HERE. Punch a 3/4" circle from white and one that is the same color as your medallions, cut the colored one in half. Punch a 1/2 circle out of Basic Black and use your White Gel Pen to add the accent. Punch two legs with the Word Window in your color and one in Black. Fold the black one in half and cut off the fold to make two shoes. Add the XX accents with your White Gel Pen. For the mouth, I used another 3/4" circle punch as a guide and drew a half circle around the bottom half of the circle.

Thank you so much for sharing this idea. I made them with stripped socks. Too cute! Thanks also for showing how to double punch the scallop circle.
