I held my monthly Technique Geek Class (learn more about my Technique Geeks and how to participate if you are long distance to me HERE) last week and this is one of the techniques we learned. These are called Room Divider Cards or Screen Cards. They are super simple to create and we used the Work of Art, Kinda Eclectic, and Gorgeous Grunge stamp sets on this one.
This card folds up to a size of 2-3/4 x 5-1/4 so it fits in one of our Medium Envelopes.
Cut your card stock to 5-1/2 x 11 and with the long side at the top of the Simply Scored Tool, Score at 2-3/4, 5-12 and 8-1/4. Fold the card in half on the middle score line and then fold the two outside folds the opposite way to create a mountain and two valleys.
I used the Small Scallop Stampin' Trimmer Rotary Cutting Blade to add the decorative edge to the top of the card, you could use a border punch.
For the bottom detail, I used the Decorative Label Punch, insert it half way and punch. Please note that you can only do one panel at a time as our punches are not designed to punch through more than one layer at a time.
The white panels are 2-1/2 x 4-1/4 (your length may be different depending on what you use to make the decorative edge along the top) and I stamped them with many of the images in the Work of Art, Gorgeous Grunge stamp sets. I also added a few butterflies from the Kinda Eclectic stamp set along with a few gold sequins.

I have recently migrated to a new email/RSS delivery service. The old service, Feedburner hasn't been working properly and rumor has it that it may be shutting down altogether with little or no notice. In order to reactivate service for those subscribers who aren't getting my blog updates, I have moved the email and RSS delivery service to Feedblitz.
You have two options to stay connected with me:
•Via Email Subscription (my posts go straight to your email inbox)
•Via RSS service (like Feedly or Blog Lovin')
