Peekaboo Frames Holiday Tag #1

I participate in a monthly swap with some of my customers and this month we added Christmas Tags to the list of items we swap.  Mine uses the Peekaboo Frames Bigz L Die with the Big Shot Machine.  I ran my Real Red through the machine on the Top Noteish looking shape and then over stamped it with my Netting Background Stamp.  I layered it over a piece of Crumb Cake and added one of the ornaments from the Delightful Decorations set to the front.  The Silver Glimmer Paper flower is punched from the center of a Lace Ribbon Border Punch strip and I added a 5/16" Neutral Brad to the center.

I sponged the edge of the Crumb Cake piece with some Early Espresso and added my greeting from the Winter post set to the inside.  A bit of 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon finishes is off.  Pretty quick and easy.

Cajun Craze and Tangerine Tango...Love It!!

Here is a simple Happy Thanksgiving Card I made last week.  It uses the Gently Falling stamp set with Cajun Craze and Tangerine Tango ink.  I used my Color Coach and found that these two colors create a Dynamic Duo as shown on each of the color cards.

I stamped the outline leaf in Cajun Craze but stamped it off once before stamping it on the First Edition Designer Paper.  The cut out leaf image was done by stamping the bold image off once in Tangerine Tango before stamping it on a scrap of Very Vanilla and then the outline image was stamped over that in Cajun Craze. 

A couple of strips of Cajun Craze punched with the Scallop Edge Border Punch let the main image piece stand out and I wrapped it in some Tangerine Tango 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon. 

You can't see the dots as I used the plain side on my card.  This is a two for one ribbon, one side has a polka dot pattern and the other side doesn't, more bang for your buck!!

It's Raining Men - Scallop Oval Frame Gate Fold Card

 

This was another card from my It's Raining Men card class.  We used the Need for Speed and Extreme Elements stamp sets along with Happiest Birthday Wishes hostess set.  Did you know that you can get any of the hostess sets with your minimum $150 order!!!!

We used the Big Shot and the Oval Scallop Frame to create the gate fold on this card.

The gals really like this one.  We stamped our image of choice on the Crumb Cake oval center and then again on a scrap of Crumb Cake.  We cut out the scrap image and popped it up over the stamped image on the oval for some added dimension.
