The updated Clearance Rack is selling out so if you are interested in ordering any of the items (some are up to 80% off), hurry and get to my Online Store. Some of the punches I used to make my Santas are on the Clearance Rack…WOO HOO!!!
Holy cow, this is a pile of licorice Santas and it's only shows about half. I made 75 of these babies, some for my kiddos classmates, some for my wonderful club members and a few to randomly hand out.
Making 75 of something does take a bit of time but I will show you some pics of how I do it. This speed method works really well for me. First, I punch out all the shapes I will need and put them in a muffin tin (you can do this while watching TV)
Then I start the assembly line. Add the licorice to the 1×8 cello bags
Adhere the parts of Santas face together and staple them to the cello bag. This group is waiting for eyes, noses and the ball at the top of the hat.
This is how I do my glueing, I lay them out along the edges of the table and add my Multipurpose Adhesive to all Santas on one side of the table and then I add the punched out piece to each Santa. I do this over and over and over and over until they are all done.
It was fun and I know that everyone will be so excited to receive these. 🙂
