I started by laying five 1" x 4-1/2" strips of Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay and Cucumber Crush next to each other. Start in the center of one end and roll the Tear Tape Adhesive across all of the colors making sure they are tightly pressed to each other.
Place the taped strips on the Stampin' Trimmer with either the Daffodil Delight or Cucumber Crush end at the top and trim both sides so they are even and measure 3-3/4 across.
Run two more strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive across the rainbow, one at the top and one at the bottom. Flip the layer over and stamp the greeting in the center using Basic Black Ink.
Wrap 20" of Melon Mambo Cotton Ribbon around the strips and tie in a bow. Adhere this layer to a layer of Whisper White that measures 3-7/8" x 5-1/8".
Use the Tear & Tape Adhesive on the scraps on Bermuda Bay and Cucumber Crush. Stamp heart image in Basic Black and fussy cut with your Paper Snips. Add a small Melon Mambo Enamel Dot and attach the heart to the card using a Stampin' Dimensional.
