Found this card as I was organizing my retiring items yesterday. So simple, you could make lots of them in a very short period of time.
Stamp the image in Jet Black StazOn and color the flowers with a Calypso Coral Stampin' Write Marker.
Die cut it with the coordinating Framelit from the Labels Collection Framleits. Layer it onto a larger die cut piece in Basic Black. Tie a ribbon around the Calypso Coral card base and add the layered images with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The ribbon I used on this card retired a couple of years ago but I think the current Calypso Coral Seam Binding would look much better.
Stamp the greeting in Black on a 1/2" strip of Whisper White and flag the ends. Add to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
