Summer Smooches is a promotion for the month of April offering you a sneak peak at products appearing in the new catalog in June. The promotion includes the Bright Blossoms stamp set, Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper, Summer Smooches Designer Fabric, Daffodi Delight Seam binding, two My Digital Studio Downloads, Summer Smooches Designer Fabric Brads and the Summer Smooches Decor Stencil. The Fabric Brads and the Decor Stencil will only be available in April however, and will not return when the new catalog is released.
I'll start out with a box cut with the Fancy Favor Bigz XL Die. The box was cut from Rich Razzleberry Textured card stock and I also added a piece of Whisper White cut with the same die. The chevron design in the Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper was perfect for ths box and looks great under the Double Daisy. Notice that fun brad in the center of the flower, it is one of the designs included in the package of Summer Smooches Fabric Designer Brads. Please note that the brads are only available in April and will not be offered again.
BARB'S TIP: Use a hammer to gently tap the brads flat for a different look.
Lookie what is in the box….
….a set of 3×3 Love Notes with coordinating envelopes. The Mini Square Envelopes are stamped with a couple of the images in the Bright Blossoms Stamp Set.
I used various patterns from the Summer Smooches DSP package for the butterflies and layered them onto 1 3/4" circles. I also used the Handmade ala carte Stamp with the coordinating 2 3/8 Scallop Circle Punch. I really like the scallop design on the Homemade stamp and use it often with this punch. A couple little snippets of 1/8" Very Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon create the antennae.

Great stuff, Barb! Love the tissue holder! I don’t sew, so the fabric scares me! I just need someone to show me how easy it is!
LOVE everything!! The tissue holder is fabulous and the tip on making the brads flat is clever!!
Are you kidding me… you can flatten those brads!!??? OH MY GOSH!! you are amazing!!!! 🙂
Wow, Barb, four projects and such great stuff! You’re making me have to get that daisy die. Love the butterflies on the mini cards. Plus I think I need a tissue holder badly!
Wow Barb; your projects are awesome! Love your cute gate-fold card and that tissue cover the best. Wonderful job!
Such bright, cheery projects! Love the little butterfly cards!
Great projects. Especially the Fancy Favor Bag and love notes. TFS!
