More projects using the Stampin’ Up! Rub-Ons.
My daughter loves Hello Kitty and when I found this Pink Passion frame at Walmart, I knew she would love it with a picture of her favorite character in it. The Eastern Elegance Rub-Ons even come with these cute little letters so I could add her name. She LOVES IT!!!!!
Here is a close up of the rub-ons
I found this little lamp and thought it would be perfect for Rub-Ons. I used the Eastern Elegance Rub-Ons again (more rub-ons will be here tomorrow!!!!). This time I used the big black flower right in the middle of this lamp. Best part about this whole project, the cost….are you ready for this…..$1.80, I am not kidding and this isn’t a misprint. I found these little lamps for $1.80. They use a nightlight bulb. I thought it was a bit naked so I wrapped some narrow black grosgrain ribbon around the top and bottom of the shade.
NEXT…….
A candle, just your plain ordinary Walmart candle. I thought it would loook nice with the white Rub-Ons. What do you think?? Leave me a comment…..please 🙂
Looks really cool. I wasn’t sure about rub-ons when they first came out, but you’ve got them growing on me – and it seems like they are really easy to use. I was wondering about the candle… I’m guessing that the rub-on isn’t directly on the candle since that would be a fire hazard – or would you just put this on a candle that you don’t plan to burn… or is this on a candle container of some sort? Or are the rub-ons fire-proof and candle ready? I love them and you are now adding to my already insanely long wish list.
I love that lamp with the rub-on! Is that a WalMart find too?

I found your blog through SULO and I love it! Your rub-on projects are fantastic!
Looks alot like Uppercase Living, the product that I sell, humm.
Hi,
Nice Blog….GREAT Samples.
I LOVE the Candle. I was wondering what happens when it burns to the Rub-ons? Will they burn nice, or smoke and all that?
Thanks for sharing your beautiful art work.
