Be Mine – Bloomin’ Love

Pulled out my Bloomin' Heart Thinlits Die and created this Valentine's Day card for my hubby.  My club members are also making this card this month.  We were able to choose from four different greetings by using the coordinating Bloomin' Love stamp set.  I chose the Be Mine greeting. 🙂

I started with a 4 x 5-1/4 panel of Whisper White and inked my brayer with Blushing Bride to cover my Watercolor Wash Background Stamp.  We stamped it on the right side of the white panel and then added a strip of Designer Series Paper from the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack to the left edge.  A 3/8" strip of Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper works as the perfect divider.

BARB'S TIP: Please note, the Precision Base Plate is a must for cutting this detailed heart.  I ran it through the Big Shot twice, moved it and ran it through two more times.  Ran over  it with the NEW Big Shot Die Brush and had no trouble popping out the remaining "chads".  Love the Precision Base Plate!!!

I used the small flower dies included in the set to add the Glimmer flowers to the heart.  Love how this paper sparkles.
