Here is a card that uses one of the Best of stamp sets. The Best of sets were introduced last year for Stampn' Up!'s 25th Anniversary Celebration. My card uses the Best of Flowers set and I embossed the flower group with Melon Mambo Embossing Powder on Basic Black card stock. The background image is from Creative Elements and I used the Chevron TEIF on the lower section.
