Birthday Bash Desgner Washi Sheets

The new Birthday Bash Designer Washi Sheets are so cool!!!  It is Washi Tape but bigger.  These 6×12 sheets can be cut into strips, punched or die cut with your Big Shot. 

I die cut mine to create this fun balloon for this card.  I stamped the stars from the Celebrate Today stamp set and placed my die cut balloon over the top.  The balloon, black pennant banner, bow and tassel are all Framelits Dies…woo hoo!!!!  I hand drew the string with my Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker.
