Here's a fun card that I was inspired to make by one I saw online. I created this card for my Be a Big Shot at Home long distance class as well as my Monthly Card Buffet Class. I hold the Buffet Class on the first consecutive Thursday and Friday of every month. I create 8-10 different card choices and the guests make their five favorites. I am considering offering this as a class to go, let me know if you are interested in this option. 🙂
The card uses the Autumn Accents die from the Holiday Catalog and it is still available as a carryover item. We die cut the leaves with Island Indigo, Cajun Craze and Raspberry Ripple then ran each one through the Big Shot with a different Textured Embossing Folder, Argyle, Chevron and the Woodgrain.
The greeting is from the Sassy Salutations set (Clear 126707 or Wood 126705) and was stamped in Soft Suede on a strip of Very Vanilla. The end was trimmed with Paper Snips to form the pennant. We then added a Neutrals button and some Island Indigo Baker's Twine for a fun accent.
Everything is mounted to a piece of the Natural Composition Specialty Designer Series Paper. Ths paper is so cool, it has glossy details!! There are six different patterns in this paper set. Check out my Extreme Project Tutorial last month as it uses this AWESOME paper in a different way.
