How fun is this treat! I found these adorable Santa Hat Hershey's Kisses at my local store and knew that they would look so cute in one of our 2" x 2" Clear Tiny Treat Boxes. 
I wrapped a 9" x 1-3/8" strip of the Lemon Lime Twist Foil Frenzy Specialty Designer Series Paper around the box and secured it to the top of the box.
I fussy cut the hat by tracing one I found on a project I made last year. I added some of our Embossing Paste for the fur on the hat. The greeting is from the Seasonal Chums stamp set and I attached the hat and greeting to a 1-3/4" circle of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.
