Ink the banner image from the Birthday Banners stamp set in Basic Gray, stamp on Whisper White and crop with the coordinating framelit from the Bunch of Banners Framelits set.
Add the greetings from the same set in Basic Gray and Flirty Flamingo.
Add the banner to the card with more Stampin' Dimensionals.
