Great idea to use the Everyday Chic Washi Tape as birthday candles!! The flames were inked in Versamark and heat set with gold Stampin' Emboss Powder and a Heat Tool. Then the washi tape was added to create the candles. 
Our NEW Whisper White Thick Cardstock was used as the card base and a strip of Gold Foil Paper was adhered along the bottom edge. Some of our NEW Gold Metallic Thread was added willy nilly under the greeting to finish it off.
