Have you noticed that we have four colors of Shimmer Paint in the NEW Holiday Catalog? We do, Frost White, Champagne Mist, Vegas Gold and Bright Copper. These paints are Acid Free and Non Toxic and are used to add subtle shimmer and shine to y our projects. You can use a sponge to add the paint on stamps, use a brush to paint accents on cards, mix them with rubbing alcohol and use as a mist and more! My card today uses the Frost White Shimmer Paint in one of our Stampin' Spritzers to add a fun shimmery background behind my cauldron. To make the mist, I filled a Stampin' Spritzer about 3/4 full with 70% Rubbing Alcohol and added 6-7 drops of the Frost White Shimmer Paint. Mix it well and start spritzing. I coated my layer of Basic Black and let it dry. 
I added a strip of the purple stripe DSP and covered the seam with a piece of the super sparkly 5/8" Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon.
The cauldron is an image on one of the sheets of DSP from the Toil & Trouble pack, the Cauldron Framelits coordinate with some of the images in these papers, see my post HERE. Did you notice that cute little Spider Trinket on the web, I am loving them!
Couldn't let the inside be bare, I added a 4" 5 1/4" layer of Whisper White to the inside and a 3/4" strip of the same DSP. The little ghost image is in the Cauldron Bubble stamp set and I cropped it with a coordinating framelit in the Cauldron Framelits set.
