Had a little fun with my Cool Treats stamp set on my Facebook Live Show a couple of days ago. I created this card using the Happy Birthday sentiment and my Stamparatus along with the Frozen Treats Framelits.
Added some fun colors of ice cream with Melon Mambo, Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party.
I used the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch on the Lemon Lime Twist strip, which side do you think it looks better on?
