Creative Inking Blog Hop - Spring is in the Air

Welcome to the Creative Inking Blog Hop, I am so excited to be part of this hop and I know you will enjoy all the projects this month. I chose to use a few of the products on the Retirement List this year.

I used the Sunshine Sayings stamp set and the coordinating Sunshine Wishes Dies. I also incorporated a fun technique called Shimmer Paint Resist using the Glossy White Cardstock which is also on the Retirement List. I used the brushstroke image for the background on my Lemon Lime Twist card base. I also used Berry Burst and Powder Pink on the card. All three of these colors are retiring so if you need cardstock or ink refills, get them soon as things always sell out!

I ran the sentiment through the Big Shot with the sunshine die and snipped it apart to get the work "hi". I used our Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets on the back of the cardstock before I ran it through so both words would have adhesive on them and I wouldn't have to fuss with liquid glue.
I added the large flower and some of the sentiments in the set to the inside of the card. I purposely didn't try to get them even or straight as I didn't want to fuss with that either!!
