Die-cut Blooms and Coloring the NEW Styled Silver Hodgepodge!!

The NEW Occasions Mini Catalog has Die-cut Blooms.  These are so cool!!  You get four 12×12 sheets of TEXTURED Die-cut Blooms for only $8.95!!

Here is a card that I made using the die-cut Blooms, a ribbon slide from the NEW Styled Silver Hodgepodge Hardware Kit and the Bali Breeze Designer Papers.  Notice how I colored the ribbon slide.  I mixed a little Crystal Effects with some Real Red re-inker and used a toothpick to paint it on!!!  Thanks to my sideline Connie for this tip.

Here is another card where I did this on one of the NEW Brads in the Styled Silver Hodgepodge Hardware kit.  This time, I used Old Olive re-inker to add some color to the middle of this brad:
