This is one of the cards Shelli demonstrated at a recent workshop of a lifetime and I just knew I had to make one too. It was really easy. I stamped the main images on Confetti Cream in Soft Suede. I thought some splatter would be a nice effect so I used my Color Spritzer tool and my Soft Suede Stampin' Write Marker to add the splatter. I stamped another portion of the image on a Wide Oval punchout and colored it in with my Watercolor Pencils. The Bravo Burgundy scallop behind the image really makes this pop. I finished it off with a knot of Soft Suede Polka Dot ribbon but I used the reverse side.
