Here is a project I created for my Be A Big Shot at Home Class Series back in December. It is an easel calendar and I used the Everyday Enchantment Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper that you can get for FREE with a $50 order placed with me.
We started with a 4 x 8 piece of Peach Parfait card stock and scored it at 2" and 4". Fold it as shpown and add adhesive. Attach it to your Scallop Square die cut.
