This was a make & take from a recent Stampin' Up! event. I modified it a bit and added colored circles to the top portion with various colors of ink and my 1 1/4 Circle Punch.
I used the Delicate Dots Jumbo Wheel in Bashful Blue ink across the middle of the card. The small flower image in the With All My Heart set was stamped in Old Olive, Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo and Bashful Blue and then punched out with the 1 1/4 Circle Punch and adhered to the top of the panel. I did purposely hang them off the edge and trim them with my Paper Snips for a random look.
The large flower was stamped in Melon Mambo ink on Melon Mambo card stock and punched out with the super cool NEW Extra Large Fancy Flower punch from the Occasions Mini Catalog. There is a Pretty in Pink Epoxy Brad in the center of the flower that is hanging from the Bashful Blue Striped Grosgrain ribbon with Linen Thread. The stamped greeting is from the Thank You Kindly set that you can choose for FREE when you place a $50 during Sale-a-bration.
