Fabulous Florets and Heat Embossing!

This was my card for the Controlfreaks Summer Mini Swap.  I chose to use the Fabulous Florets stamp set and the new Flower Garden Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I love how my card turned out!!  I started by mixing some of the Melon Mambo, Tangerine Tango and White embossing powders for my flower.  Here are a few samples showing how different the flowers can look.  You can click on the pictures for a better look:

The Scallop accent along the side was done like this:

Front view:  I punched my Scallop Edge Border Punch once on the edge.  I cut a piece of Peach Parfait 1 7/8 x 1/1/4 to slide in the hole.   I have another piece of Peach Parfait 1 7/8/x 1 3/4 adhered to the left edge and I wrapped a piece of the Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta around to the back.  Back View:

This was a fun card to make as I really think Heat Embossing is the coolest!!!
