This is a Technique that we will be learning this week in Technique Geeks Class.
It is called Faux Cloisonne and it is very easy to do. Normally, you would use the the pages in a magazine but I didn't have one handy. Can you guess what I used??? Leave a comment on this post and let me know what you think I used for the focal point, I will let you know my secret tomorrow. 🙂
Class will be in my Stampin' Studio on Saturday from 2-4, call or email me to let me know if you want to come. Can't make it or don't live local to me, you can still get the completef projects we make for the class fee of $10 + postage if I need to mail it to you.
The rest of the card is pretty straightforward. I used the Growing Green stamp set and I ran my Real Red base through the Big Shot with the Framed Tulip Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. The small Real Red layer is a 1 3/4" square, the Rich Razzleberry layer is a 2" square and the Whisper White mat is 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. The Rich Razzleberry 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon is knotted and adhered to the back of the Whisper White panel. You can order the supplies to re-create this card in my Online Store.
My greeting come from the New Sale-a-bration stamp set called So Happy For You. You can earn this set FREE with any $50 order placed through me during SAB.
One of the things I enjoy most about being a Stamipn' Up! Demonstrator is teaching others to stamp. I love having the gals around me while we create and learn. How about you, is this something you might like to do? If so, why not join my team of demonstrators. Right now, you can start your business for only $148.75 plus tax and you will also get a FREE $50 Bonus Bundle of products to help get you started. I have been teaching people to stamp for eight years and can't imagine not doing it. Get more information HERE and let me know if you have any questions. I would love to welcome you to my team!!
