To create this card, you need a few different sized strips of cardstock in your choice of colors. My card uses Pink Pirouette, Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight and my strips measure 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4". I added my strips, leaving a bit of white space between each one, to a piece of Whisper White cardstock that measures 3-3/4 x 5 and trimmed off the excess. I layered this piece onto another piece of Whisper White that measures 3-7/8 x 5-1/8.
I used more Whisper White to crop the largest flourish from the Flourish Thinlits and the Big Shot. I used tiny drops of Multipurpose Liquid glue to adhere it over the strips of cardstock. My greeting is from the Designer Tin of Cards stamp set. I added a bunch of Rhinestone Jewels to really make this card shine.
My final touch is the Blushing Bride Baker's Twine, I wrapped it around the main layer a couple of times and tied it in a bow.
