Did you notice the banner "window" in the middle? I created it by using the Banner Framelit included in the Hearts a Flutter Framelit Set. After I cut the window and added the side banners, I attached it to my main card base with a bunch of Stampin' Dimensionals.
The "valance" was created by a 1/2" strip of one of the paper patterns and the Coastal Cabana Ruffle Trim Ribbon under it. The Crushed Curry Baker's Twine comes in the Tag a Bag Bundle.
