Fresh Cuts-Two Tone Brayer

This was one of the cards that we made in Techniques Class today.  It was CASE'd from my cyber buddy Caroline.  We used the Fresh Cuts SNEAK PEAK stamp set that will be available in the new catalog.  You can get it NOW through June 30th, see this post for details.

You take two coordinating open ink pads and place them end to end.  Roll your brayer over both colors at once getting complete coverage…HINT…don't just roll the brayer back and forth over the ink pads as this will only ink half of the brayer.  Then roll the color onto Glossy White card stock, go over it numerous times to get the coverage you want.  I also suggest rolling in a "Y" formation to blend the middle.

Then we stamped the large image from the Fresh Cuts stamp set in Black StazOn, the background was done in Versamark, there is paper piercing across the top and we used some Pewter Hodgepodge Hardware to finish it off.  Side Note, the three Hodgepodge Hardware finishes in the big catalog will be retiring this year so if you have had your eye on it, get it now!!!
