This card was for the recent Controlfreaks swap. I chose the set Happy Watercolor and had some fun with the paint splotch. The main image was stamped on a banner I cut with the NEW Banner Framelits.
I stamped the splotch image in three different colors, Soft Sky, Strawberry Slush, and Pistachio Pudding. Then I overstamped the flower image in Basic Gray adding the two greetings in the same color. Wrapped some of the new Silver Baker's Twine around the banner and tied it in a bow. I used the new Scallops Textured Impressions Embossing Folder along the bottom of the main layer.
I wanted to use the NEW Fringe Scissors and came up with this fun accent. I snipped a scrap of Pistachio Pudding with the Fringe Scissors, applied 2-Way Glue to the ends and added some of the Silver Glitter for a bit 'o bling.
Pretty simple card but I think it is really pretty. 🙂
