My friend Susie sent me a card like this and I loved it so much, I used it in my monthly card buffet class last month but switched it up a bit.
It uses the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set along with the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper.
We added a single strip of the yummy Watermelon Wonder 1" Satin Stitched Ribbon and a few scattered Blushing Bride Sequins along with some Wink of Stella Clear to the ice cream. The cone and scoop of ice cream were fussy cut with Paper Snips.
