Welcome to the March 2013 Tour de Freaks Blog Hop! We are so excited to have you join us today.
This month we are showing off some of our Spring and Easter Creations. Our tour is nice and short and features some of your favorite Control Freaks Stampers. You may have just come from the hilariously funny and talented Jan Tinklenberg's Blog, you may be one of my blog stalkers or you may have just stumbled here…however you got here, you’ll be very glad you did! Be sure to take the whole tour! If you are arriving here on the 19th, please note that not all links may be working yet. The tour officially begins on the 20th.
I recently purchased the Spring Sampler set from the Spring Catalog. I just love small images and I chose to use it on all my projects this month
First up is a teeny tiny chocolate treat! Did you know that the Petal Card Punch can be used to create a tiny 1" square box? It can!!
I was able to put two Hershey's Kisses in each box before wrapping it with our new 3/8" Striped Organdy Ribbon. This ribbon comes in three colors, Marina Mist, Old Olive and Melon Mambo. I paired the ribbon with Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue and Pretty in Pink boxes and think it looks great!
My second project is a set of cards using the Spring Sampler stamp set and the fun Peekaboo Frames Bigz L Die. The circle die cut is the perfect size for these little images. Stampin' Up!'s Note Cards & Envelopes are the perfect size for quick and easy notes.
I used the Delightful Dozen Stamp Set, the Designer Series Paper Stacks (Brights, Subtles and the 2012-2014 In Color) along with Wild Wasabi 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain, Daffodil Delight Seam Binding and the Primorse Petals 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbons for my cards. I also added the matching Designer Series Paper to the envelope flaps to complete the ensemble.
That does it for me, your next stop is the blog of my dear friend Lee Ann Greff and I know you will love what she has to share.
Thanks for visiting!!!!
Both of your projects are just too cute! TFS!
Oh my, those tiny treat boxes are adorable! Thanks for reminding me that I have the peek a boo die, too. Gotta play with it someday soon!
Great projects! I love the tiny treat boxes! I have to get my petal card punch out! 🙂

Your little Easter boxes are adorable and I love the cards! I am regretting that I don’t have that Peekaboo die!
