I have had way too much fun with the March 2016 Paper Pumpkin Kit. The bright colors and fun patterns in this kit really spoke to me and I just ran with it.
This is a peek-a-boo card so you can see the greeting when the card is closed and then you see it again when you open it.
I used the gift enclosure envelope that came in the kit, trimmed a piece off of it that measures 2 x 4-1/4 and added it to the left edge of my card. The diagonal strip is actually a belly band and I just cut it down to 4-1//4. Our yummy Pool Party 1/4" Cotton Ribbon coordinates with the colors in this kit so it was the perfect touch to join the two papers.
I randomly stamped the delicate flower in Cucumber Crush ink on my Cucumber Crush card base. The greeting was stamped in Bermuda Bay and I added a couple of the tiny flowers. I cropped it with the Decorative Label Punch (Get it for 25% off as it is part of the Weekly Deals!) and also cropped a hole in the front of the card with the same punch. I placed the greeting through the front of the card and attached it to the inside of the card.
