All good things must come to an end as is the case with Spring Break. The kiddos are back to school today and my daughter will be continuing with the PAWS testing (The state Proficiency Assessments for Wyoming Students) for another two weeks. I like to tuck a Love Note in her lunch each day during the three weeks of testing to encourage her to do her best and to remind her how much I love her and how wonderful I think she is.
I usually make them from card fronts that I have laying around. I take the card fronts apart, trim the layers and arrange everything onto my 3×3 base. These fit into our Mini Square Envelopes and she looks forward to it every day.
Notice the card on the bottom right, it is done with a Designer Series Paper called Razzleberry Lemonade that retired last year, good news though, it is now on the Clearance Rack for less than half price!! At a mere $3.49, this is a great deal. Check out more great deals on the Clearance Rack.
There were a few days last year during testing that I forgot to include one in her lunch and she let me know about it…LOL So far this year, I am 6 for 6 with only nine more days to go.
