I chose some bright fun colors to pop on the Basic Black. The balloon basket was stamped in Bermuda Bay and punched out with the Note Tag Punch. The die cut balloon was added and then the birthday banner.
I ran the Basic Black through the Big Shot Machine with the Lucky Stars Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and added some small stars cropped from scraps with the Confetti Stars Border Punch.
These cards fold flat for mailing but pack a WOW for the recipient.
