Inlaid Embossing for Valentine's Day

FilledwithloveinlaidThis is my last Inlaid Embossing Card.........for now...LOL  I used the Small Heart Punch 117193 and the Heart to Heart Punch 119881 to punch the hearts out of Melon Mambo and Pretty in Pink card stock.  I glued the hearts to the 2 1/2" Circle punchout and then ran it through the Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder 119976.

The Designer Series Paper is from the Love Patterns pack available through January 24th either alone or in the Filled with Love Bundle.

The greeting is from the Grateful Greetings 116511 stamp set and I added some Pretty in Pink Satin Ribbon and the Whisper White 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon.

Chicks & Chocolate I {love} Love Valentine Box

Fancyfavorboxchickssingle Here is one of the projects from my recent Chicks & Chocolate Class.  We used the Fancy Favor Box with Crumb Cake card stock.  We inked the I {love} Love Jumbo Wheel with the Riding Hood Red pad.  I used the Wheel Guide so we could wheel across the box in a straight line.

We used the 1 1/4" Riding Hood Red Ribbon off the Clearance Rack and attached it to one of the Mini Clothes Pins included in the Candy Countdown Calendar Kit.  The stamped heart is from the Filled with Love stamp set that is currently part of the Filled with Love Bundle.  We layered that onto the Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslit

The little hearts across the bottom were punched out of Crumb Cake card stock and we used Sponge Daubers to add ink around the edges.

Fancyfavorboxchicksclip Here is a close-up of the back of the clip accent, it really makes the box, don't cha think!!!  The gals loved this little accent.  We also had some chocolates and caramels made by me and they were also a big hit.  Who doesn't love chocolate when they stamp!!!  I am looking forward to my next Chicks & Chocolate event.

My Create A Cupcake Control Freaks Swap

CreateacupcakeCFThis is my swap for the Control Freaks this round.  We used products from the Occasions Mini Catalog that starts next week.  I had a blast using the Create a Cupcake set and the Build a Cupcake Punch.  How fun to be able to stamp an image and then use a coordinating punch to punch it out.  Even the little cherry on top was punched out....WOO HOO!!!

I also used the new Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for the frame around my Bitty Envelope.  The Big Shot, always my best friend, was used alot on these cards.  I used my neglected Bitty Box and Envelope Bigz XL die 115967 for the little envelope and inserted a tiny card for the recipient.

My colors are Pear Pizzazz, Certainly Celery, Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla and Soft Suede.

I love these cards and I hope the other gals in the swap like them too. :-)

Mini Lunch Sack with edible treats

MinilunchsackgiftedcandycaneHere is another little Gift Sack I created with the Mini Lunch Sacks in the Holiday Mini Catalog.  I used the Gifted stamp set with  my Blushing Bride, Real Red, Baja Breeze and Wild Wasabi Markers.  The Blushing Bride Poly Twill Ribbon finishes it off.

I have a little baggie of my delicious homemade caramels in this one and I will be out delivering it today. :-)

Stamp Camp Project - Silk Flower and Gift Box

SildfloweradnboxHere is another project we did at a recent Holiday Gifts Stamp Camp.  The silk flower pin was a big hit and I have to say, I love it in red!!!  The box was created by modifying the Fancy Favor Bigz XL die 115965 to fit the flower perfectly.

I used the Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper and our Brushed Gold card stock for the front of the box and an Fancyfavorminiboxholidayside Antique Brad for the middle of the flower.

My brother and mom arrived today so we are going to have a wonderful Christmas!!!

Thanks for stopping by.

My Christmas Card made with My Digital Studio

Here it is, our 2010 Christmas Card.  Every year, right after Thanksgiving, we go up in the mountains and cut our own Christmas Tree.  It is one of our family traditions.  We got lucky this year as the temperature on the day we went was a balmy 15 degrees....Ha, Ha!

I used the Candy Cane Lane Photocard Digital Kit with My Digital Studio.  I am really pleased with the quality of the Stampin' Up! printing services and plan to do this again really soon. :-)  I had them printed on the outside of the card and on the inside so I could get two images per card.  I then cut them apart and mounted them to a Blushing Bride card base.

My mom and brother will be here today and we are all very excited to see them.

Thanks for stopping by, see you tomorrow!!!

Coasterssweetstitchestop I will start with items from the Oh Sew Suite Collection.  This retro, whimsical fun color pallette is perfect for everyone from little girls to grandma.  I wanted to make some coasters for my stamp room as alot of my stampers bring beverages when they come and stamp with me.

I used the Sweet Stitches Designer Fabric for my coasters along with our Big Shot Fabric Adhesive***FREE Mini Tutorial for the No Sew Fabric Coasters on my blog!!

Coasterssweetstitchescup In addition to the Designer Fabric, I used the Sweet Stitches Big Designer Buttons and the Sweet Stitches Fabric Designer Brads as my accents.

Next up is a set of notecards made with the Love Impressions Rub-Ons and our Note Cards with Envelopes.  A single sheet was a gift in my first demonstrator order that I placed in December.  Just another perk of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. :-)

I used Crumb Cake card stock for the rub-ons and then tied a knot with the NEW Crumb Cake Seam Binding!!!  WOO HOO, there are four new colors of Seam Binding in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  The swirly image is from one of my all time favorites, Priceless.

Who wants to win this set of Valentine Notecards?  I am sure you all do.  All you have to do is leave me a comment on this post and you will be entered to win.  The more comments I get, the better. :-)

Teacher Gift and the Box #2 Bigz XL die

TagstilchristamsclelandMy daughter's teacher is a male this year so we got some movie passes for him and his family.  We put the passes in the box that I cut with my Big Shot out of Crumb Cake card stock and the Box #2 Bigz XL die.  I wrapped the box with some Riding Hood Red/Very Vanilla 1 1/4" Ribbon I got off the Clearance Rack for only $1.99!

The card base is also Crumb Cake and I cut Top Notes out of Early Espresso and Very Vanilla.  I stamped the flourish image from Baroque Motifs in Old Olive and the ornament from Tags til Christmas in Early Espresso.  The greeting from Sincere Salutations was stamped in Riding Hood Red.  I also added a Red Glimmer Brad to the center of the ornament for a tiny bit of bling on his card.  The card base was wrapped with the same Riding Hood Red/Very Vanilla Ribbon.

Thanks for looking!!
