Here's a graduation card I was commissioned to make by a customer, I hope she likes it. :-)  I used the retiring stamp sets, Diagonal Stripe and Number of Years along with the retiring Large Numbers Framelits.

I used the Diagonal Stripe background stamp (retiring) and inked it in Blueberry Bushel and stamped it on a piece of Blueberry Bushel cardstock measuring 3 1/2 x 4 3/4. I layered it onto a piece of Gold Foil that measures 3 5/8 x 4 7/8
I added the initials of our school to the inside of the card in Gold Foil. (that die set retired a few years ago)
The numbers were die cut with the Large Numbers Framelits (retiring) from Gold Foil Sheets, the sentiment was stamped in Versamark, covered in Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder and heat set.  I cropped it with a die in the Bunch of Banners Framelits.
The cap was cropped from Night of Navy cardstock with the Tailored Tag punch and I added a snippet of 1/8 Gold Ribbon (retiring) and a Gold Metallic Enamel Shape (also retiring)

Thanks for stopping by, the Color Fusers have a fun color combination for you this month!  We are using Emerald Envy, Flirty Flamingo, Perfect Plum, Very Vanilla and Whisper White on our projects today.  I decided to make a gift pouch with our Mini Treat Bag Thinlit that is on the retiring list.  I created the plain one and then saw the Diagonal Stripe background stamp on my desk and I knew I had to make another one!! Leave me a comment and let me know which one is your favorite.  I can't decide!
The pullout card has some fun details on it and I added a tiny circle of Vanilla to the bow by using the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch.
I used the Large Number Framelits, they are on the retiring list so if they are on your list, get them before they are gone for good!
The flowers were stamped randomly across the strip of white, check out my VIDEO BELOW for some tips on random stamping.
Wrapped some of the Emerald Envy striped grosgrain ribbon around the treat bag to add some more color along with a strip of Emerald Envy punched with the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch.

Last week, I showed you THESE CARDS using the Drapery or Curtain Fold Technique.  Today, I have a couple Drapery Fold Cards using patterns in the retiring Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Myths & Magic Designer Series Paper. I added a couple of the Petal Passion Embellishments along with the Ombre Calypso Coral Ribbon.
This paper is perfect for this type of fold because both sides coordinate.
I used the Rose Wonder stamp set and the Rose Garden Thinlits for the sentiment on this card and the cute printed vellum accents under it are from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit.

I added some of our Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes from the Occasions Catalog, these little accents are retiring so be sure to get a package before they are gone.  This card is in the vertical orientation so the measurements are different. Start with a piece of Designer Series Paper that measures 7-1/4 x 3.  Place it on your Stampin' Trimmer with the long side at the top and score at 3, 3-1/2, 5 and 6.
Trim on the diagonal from the 3" score line up to the other end leaving about 1-1/2".

Isn't this card cute!! I just love it. I used the retiring photopolymer stamp set called Garden In Bloom.  You can view all the retiring items via the links near the bottom of this post.  I featured this stamp on my April 11 Facebook Live Show and made three different cards using it. 
You can view any of my Facebook Live Shows HERE on my Facebook Page or on my YouTube Channel HERE.  I used a few of our ink pads to create a colorful rainbow of butterflies.  Here is my color order, Real Red, Tangerine Tango (retiring), Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, Marina Mist (retiring) and Perfect Plum (retiring).  After stamping the solid butterflies in color, I came back in with black and used the outline stamp. 

On this card, I added our Enamel Shapes in the same colors and die cut friend from Lovely Words.
I added some Pear Pizzazz Shimmer Ribbon to break up the sections.
On this version, I left off the Enamel Shapes and used my Basic Black Marker to flick ink out of the lid to create the splatter.

My throwback project today is a technique I taught my customers back in 2010 that I called No Sew Ribbon Roses.  They are created by twisting ribbon to create a rosette. If you would like to know how to do this, scroll down. :-)

I got out my RETIRING Happy Celebrations stamp set and the coordinating Celebrations Duo Embossing Folders for these cards. I love that I can create the same card with different colors and they are both cool!
Instead of ribbon across the top of this card, I the Rich Razzleberry pattern in the Basics Pack 1 Washi Tape.  And don't you just love that little bit of the Mini Sequin Trim wrapped and stapled as an accent. :-)  My colors for this card are Rich Razzleberry, Pacific Point and Sweet Sugarplum which is retiring!
I wrapped a bit of the Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon around this card and tied it in a simple knot.  My colors are Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Lemon Lime Twist.

DIRECTIONS for the No Sew Ribbon Roses - Place a small square of our Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets or strips of Tear & Tape on a scrap of cardstock.  Take an 8-10" piece of ribbon (smooth pliable ribbons work best) and roll one end tight.  Place the end in the middle of the sticky piece, start lightly twisting and smashing the ribbon into the sticky piece as you rotate the cardstock going round and round until there is no more sticky (or until your rose is the desired size).  Cut off the excess ribbon and tuck the end under the completed rose.  Cut the excess cardstock around the rose off and add it to your project.

My throwback project today is a group of cards from 2010 created using the Baby Wipe Technique and some of our long retired colors, Taken with Teal, Apricot Appeal and Certainly Celery.  They also use our retiring Chocolate Chip!  I have a video showing you how to do the Baby Wipe Technique and you can find it HERE.

My cards today use the retiring stamp set called Garden in Bloom along with some of our retiring colors and our retiring Stampin' Glitter in Gold and Silver. I created these cards during my Facebook Live on Wednesday.  I also talked about our retiring colors and our upcoming Color Revamp.  You can watch it on my FACEBOOK PAGE or on YOUTUBE.
I also used some RETIRING COLORS of ink and cardstock - Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant for the flowers and Wild Wasabi for the leaves.
After I completed the card, I went back and added glue with our Fine Tip Glue Pen to the flower middles and smaller dots randomly around the card.  I covered the areas with our Silver Stampin Glitter and waited for it to dry.  I dumped off the excess and was left with these super sparkly flowers.  They are super cool in real life!

This one was stamped in our RETIRING COLORS - Pink Pirouette and Rose Red and the leaves are also Wild Wasabi. The sentiment comes from another retiring stamp set called Watercolor Words.
I used our Gold Stampin' Glitter for the middles and random dots on this card, they are both awesome in real life.  You can get all of these products in my Online Store but hurry before they are gone for good!

I am so excited to be hopping with the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop Team again this month.  Our theme for April is Pocketful of Posies! I have a fun Apron Card and coordinating Gift Box. 





Scroll down for a video on how to make the box.  I chose Bermuda Bay, Pool
Party, Lemon Lime Twist and Flirty Flamingo as my colors and thought the Apron of Love Bundle would be perfect as it had a tiny flower in the die set.
I used the Basics Washi Tape Collections with this pattern of washi to create a fun background across the middle of my Whisper White layer.  Washi Tape is amazing!!!
Tied a perfect knot with our Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon behind my apron.
Added a few of the tiny flowers to the inside panel of my card for a fun treat when you open the card.

My Gift Box is called a 2-5-7-10 Box and it is super easy to make with our Stampin' Trimmer.  Check out my video below for all the measurements and instructions to create it.
I used the retiring Diagonal Stripe Background stamp on the Pool Party panels.
I filled my box with some colorful Hershey's Kissed in a 3x6 Gusseted Cello Bag.
I used one of the colorful Birthday Mini Clips to keep the box closed.  Love the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch to add some fun to the edge of the front flap.
I had fun using the Flower Shop stamp set and coordinating Flower Punch. So springy, now if only spring would come here and stay for a while!!

My throwback project today is a fun box created with Purely Pomegranate and Wild Wasabi. I am sharing a throwback project each day this week to celebrate my 15th Stampaversary!  Come back tomorrow for a video showing you how to make this fun box.

Today, I have a video for you showing you how to use a Window Sheet, a Sharpie Marker and your Stamparatus to create a wreath with perfectly placed images.  In the video, I use the retiring colors, Rose Red and Pink Pirouette and for the sample below, I use Bermuda Bay, Lemon Lime Twist, Pool Party and Black.

It's time to say good-bye to some of our favorite products from the Stampin' Up! 2018 Occasions and 2017-2018 Annual Catalogs.   This is the last chance to get your favorites. Please check out all the details below, then be sure to place your order ASAP so you don't miss out.  Please shoot me an email if you have any questions about any of this information.

Last-Chance Products Information:

• All retiring items are available while supplies last (exception - retiring ink pads and refills are guaranteed available through May 7 and then will be while supplies last) and will be discontinued after May 31.
• Due to high demand for retiring stamp sets, retiring stamp sets will be guaranteed available until May 25.
• Retiring host sets can only be purchased with Stampin’ Rewards..
• Ordering ends  5/31/2018 - 11:50 PM (MT)
• Depending on inventory, discounts on select products may be introduced on or after May 8. These discounts will not be pre-announced.  If you purchase a product at retail price and then it is later discounted, Stampin’ Up! will not refund the difference.  If there is a product you want, it is recommended to purchase right away and not wait to see if it’s discounted later or you risk it being sold out.  If you start an order before a discount is announced, the order will not include the discounted pricing. If you want to order a product that has been discounted, you will need to start the order after the discounts are announced.

• Stampin’ Up! is making beautiful but significant changes to their color collections effective June 1.  I’ll be sharing more information on the Color Revamp soon! 
• Our ink pad case design is retiring but not all Stampin’ Up! colors.  Colors that are not retiring will return in the newly designed ink pad case (easier to open, stackable, etc.) in the Annual Catalog. 
• On May 31, 2018, thirteen of our core colors and four of the 2016-2018 In Colors will retire and no longer be available to make room for some amazing new colors.
• If these colors are some of your favorites, you'll want to stock up on ink refills and cardstock.
