The Summer Love Rub-Ons can be found in the Occasions Mini Catalog on page 7. The colors are so bright and fun making them so much fun to work with. I took some of our Note Cards with Envelopes from page 157 to create a set of cards
I ran the note card through my Big Shot with a texture plate and cut a bit off the bottom to add a strip of Baja Breeze card stock. I used the four square image to create the focal point of this card and added a couple of slots on the sides with the Horizontal Slot Punch. I ran the Striped Kiwi Kiss ribbon through the slots, around the card and tied it in a knot on the front.
I added the great Friend stamp set on this card. I stamped the butterfly in Baja Breeze and then again on a scrap. I cut out the scrap and layered it over the original stamped image for some dimension. The smaller butterflies, thank you greeting and tiny flower are all rub-ons from the set. I cut a bit off the bottom on this card as well to add a pop of Cameo Coral.
This card was run through the Big Shot with a Polka Dot template. The main image is a rub-on that was then punched out with the Scallop Oval punch. I added a backing of Cameo Coral with a piece that is on the Matchbox die. I used the Eyelet Border Punch on the bottom edge and then added a strip of DSP from the Walk in the Park pack which is also in the Occasions Mini. The Basic gray taffeta finished it off.
