OSAT Blog Hop The Great Outdoors!

Thanks so much for stopping by, I have some butterfly projects for you today! Our theme this month is the Great Outdoors and what better choice for that than butterflies. :-). I chose to use the Best Butterflies Bundle for my projects today.

I used strips of the Butterfly Kisses DSP for the card and used cardstock in those same colors for the die cut butterfly accents on the card and Peekaboo Treat Bag.
The DSP strips are 1 1/4" x 5 1/4" and are glued to a 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"" layer of white and added to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Calypso Coral card base. A few Iridescent Pearls are the perfect detail around the Stylish Shape . The sentiment is stamped in Basic Gray ink on a 3/4" strip of white and then I flagged the ends with my Paper Snips.
It is simple to add a Stylish Shape with some die cuts to one of our super cute Peekaboo Treat Bags. I cut butterfly pieces from Fresh Freesia, Calypso Coral and Parakeet Party and added them to a white Stylish Shape Circle. I zig zagged some Fresh Freesia Open Weave Ribbon behind the circle and added it to the treat bag. A couple Ghirardelli chocolates fit perfectly inside. The finishing touch is a couple of Fun Flowers Resin Shapes in those same colors.
