Have I mentioned how much I LOVE the Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper? If I haven't, I will now. I LOVE IT!!!
Look at this beautiful pattern, the blues just make me feel so happy. We have been making Gate Fold Cards in my workshops this month using this beautiful paper. It is only available through April 30th and then you will have to wait until July to purchase it again.
I used the Perfect Punches set along with the 2 x 1 3/8 Oval Punch, the Ovals Bigz Die and the Lots of Tags Sizzlit 4-Pack of Dies for the layers. Notice the shimmer around the edges of the tag, I did that with the Illuminate Top Coat Smooch Pearlized Accent Ink. A couple pieces of Baja Breeze Seam Binding were added to the greeting piece before I attached it to the card.
Here is a view of the inside, I added a Whisper White panel and cut a square piece of the Paisley Petals DSP in half for some added detail.
The card is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and it is scored at 2 1/8 from each edge to create the Gate Fold. You can see in this photo that I only added Stampin' Dimensionals to the left edge of the greeting so it wouldn't show when the card is opened.
