Party Pants Balloons

Have you seen the NEW Party Pants stamp set? If not, take a look. It is such a great birthday set and it can be used for any birthday, male, female, adults, kids, anyone. Just change the colors and you can have cards for all the birthdays on your list.

I chose Pacific Point and Cucumber Crush for this card, perfect for my nephew.

The balloons were inked in Cucumber Crush, stamped off once and then onto my scraps of Whisper White. I cropped them with the Balloon Bouquet Punch so I had two different sizes. The greetings on the balloons come in the set and I inked them with Pacific Point and stamped them on the balloons. The greeting "put your party pants on" just cracks me up and I know I will get a lot of use out of this set.

I used a strip of the white Glitter Tape to separate the square of Everyday Chic DSP from the to of the card. The strings are adhered to the back of each balloon and hand freely.

Measurements:
Everyday Chic DSP – 2-1/2 x 3
Whisper White – 3 x 4-1/4, scraps for balloons
Cucumber Crush – 3-1/4 x 4-1/2
Pacific Point – 5-1/2 x 8-1/2

Instructions:
1. Adhere Everyday Chic DSP to the Whisper White layer.
2. Run a strip of the white Glitter Tape across the Whisper White layer at the top of the DSP, leaving a bit hanging off the edge.
3. Ink balloon image in Cucumber Crush ink, stamp off once and then onto a scrap of Whisper White, repeat this to make two balloons. Crop with the Balloon Bouquet PunchGenerate Links , you want one of each size.
4. Stamp the greetings where shown in Pacific Point ink.
5. Put a small amount of SNAIL adhesive to the back of each balloon and add a 3" piece of the Whisper White Baker's Twine.
6. Add the large balloon to the Whisper White layer with SNAIL adhesive and the smaller balloon with a Stampin' Dimensional.
7. Adhere the Whisper White layer to the Cucumber Crush mat
8. Add this layer to the main card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
