Pawsitively Prints II & Word Play Quilt Card

There are so many new Designer Series Papers in the NEW Stampin' Up! Catalog that I just want to play with all of them now!!  I decided that the best way to see all of the patterns at a glance was to make a quilt card and thought this Pawsitively Prints II pack would be perfect.

I punched two 1 1/4" squares from each of the six double sided papers and attached them to a piece of Whisper White - 3 3/4 x 5.  I ran that through my Big Shot with the Top Note die and this is what I got, super cute isn't it!!  I had a piece of Tempting Turquoise that had already been gone through the Big Shot with the Square Lattice Impressions Folder and I punched a 2 3/8 Scallop out of it.  The "wish big" greeting is from Word Play.  I colored it with markers and it fits perfectly in the 1 3/4 circle punch.  A bit of Poppy Parade Ribbon finishes it off.

  1. What a cute idea! I just had to try it – I even tried it with some other dsp and they turned out cute as well. My mom is a quilter and her bday is next week, so I am making her a card with one out of Bella Rose dsp. I am going to share this with my stamp club gals and we will send you some samples of what they come up with.
    Thanks – Janet
