Perfect Pennants Birthday!

Simple card today.  This card was included in one of my Be a Big Shot at Home classes last round. 

I used the Banners Framelits, some plain card stock, In Color Designer Series Paper and a stamped image.  The splatter image from Gorgeous Grunge was stamped im Crumb Cake along the right side.  The corner rounder on the Envelope Punch Board was used to round the bottom corners.
