Pigment Sprinkles are soooo much fun, here is a card I made sprinkling them onto Watercolor Paper and spreading the color with a Stampin' Spritzer filled with water. 
I sprinkled Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody and Melon Mambo on the watercolor paper from the top down and then started spritzing the paper with water.
I did dab it a bit with a paper towel and then dried it completely with my Heat Tool.
I die cut three of the dandelion mages from the Sweet Silhouettes Dies and added them to the bottom of the sprinkles layer.
