Had some fun with the Big Day Sale-a-bration stamp set. This set has five stamps, the three greetings I used on my card and a birthday cake and candle.

I cut a 2" strip of Whisper White card stock, punched the top with the Ornate Tag Topper Punch, stamped the three images, one after the other and trimmed the bottom. I colored the images with the 2013-2015 In Color Stampin' Write Markers.
I punched 1" and 3/4" circles from the four colors, Pistachio Pudding, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe and Whisper White. I placed them on a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake, making sure to place some on the edges and trimming off the excess.
I threaded the three colors of Thick Baker's Twine through the hole in the tag to create the fun tassel.
