SAB – Good Neighbors Card

Here is the first card I made with the Good Neighbors Sale-a-bration set.  I also used the Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder.

I started with a Chocolate Chip base and added a layer of Kraft that was partially run through the Impressions Folder.  The houses were stamped in Real Red, Regal Rose and Chocolate Chip.  I added a row of tiny hearts with the Pinking Hearts Border Punch.  The Chocolate Chip Satin Ribbon is held in place with a Pretty in Pink Epoxy Brad.

My greeting is from a NEW set called Well Scripted that is in the Occasions Mini Catalog.
