SAB – In Color Party Pandas

How cute are these cards!! I am in love with them.  I started out making the one in Flirty Flamingo and thought why not make one with all five In Colors and the super cute striped ribbon.

I used the masking technique on the balloons
The white layer is 3" x 4" and the Basic Black layer is 3-3/8" x 4-3/8" and the DSP strip is 4" x 3/4"
I used my Wink of Stella Glitter Pen in the different ink colors to color the hearts.
