SAB - More Polka Dots with For Being You

I posted THIS CARD a few days ago and then thought it would be fun to use this year's In Colors since Stampin' Up! added an In Color Accessory Pack to the Sale-a-bration offerings this month. I also wanted to use the new Sale-a-bration stamp set called For Being You so I threw it all together and created today's card.

I am a big fan of polka dots!! I used the 3/4" and 1" Circle Punches to crop a number of circles in these colors. I also used the 2014-2016 In Color Stampin' Write Markers to color in the "thanks".
