Fun card using the See Ya Later Sale-a-bration stamp set and the Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper.
Pretty simple card, cut the main image with a circle from the Circles Collection Framelits and matted it with a Tangerine Tango starburst from the Starburst Collectioin Framelits.
The Very Vanilla layer was embossed with the Arrows Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and I added an accent trim piece with the Fringe Scissors.
