I received this gorgeous card in a swap! It uses a retiring stamp set along with four of our retiring embossing powders.
The images were stamped in Versamark on Basic Black Card Stock one at a time. After stamping an image multiple times, sprinkle on your choice of colored embossing powder and heat set. Stamp the next image, sprinkle the next color and heat emboss. Repeat with remaining images and embossing powders to create this gorgeous background. Cover the piece of Basic Black with a piece of Card Stock Vellum to mute the colors a bit. Add your large flower image and a pennant with a greeting of your choice to finish it off.
