Simple Gift Card Holder

I shared a money holder in THIS POST and I used the same design for this gift card holder. Easy directions are listed below.

My color combo is Bashful Blue and Midnght Muse from the color Coach and the Bashful Blue layer was run through the Big Shot Machine with the Northern Flurry TIEF. The mug and steam from the Scentsational Season set (Clear # OR Wood #were stamped cut with the shapes included in the Holiday Collection Framelits. I cut a lit in the mug to insert the steam.

I wrapped a bit of Midnight Muse Satin Stitched Ribbon around the main later and tied a bit of Linen Thread around it for a little interest.

The open view shows the gift card held in place by a third panel cut on the diagonal.

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Cut a piece of Midnight Muse to 4×7 and score it at 2 1/2, and 5
Front layer is 2 1/4 x 3 3/4
Lay the short flap on your Stampin' Trimmer and slice it on the diagonal keeping a 1/2" on each edge. See photo below.

Fold up the sides and add adhesive to the bottom edge of the diagonal cut as shown below to secure the gift card.
