Here is a project using another NEW die. It is called the Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I was cleaning today and picked up the die and all of the sudden it hit me. This die would look really cool with our Stampin' Pastels!!! So I stopped what I was doing, you can always clean later, and created this card.
This was soooooo easy. I ran my Whisper White layer through the Big Shot with the new folder and added pastels to the raised images. I used Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue, Lavender Lace and Pink Passion pastels with a Sponge Dauber. I created a slot with my Crop-a-dile and added the Melon Mambo Polka Dot Ribbon. The greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and is stamped in Lovely Lilac.

Barb, this is a great idea. Looks absolutely beautiful! Will have to try it. That embossing folder will be delivered tomorrow…guess what I’ll do?! TFS
Very nice idea, Barb! I have tried using a dauber to apply ink to the raised images but hadn’t thought about the pastels. Thanks for sharing! Mine arrives today! Jan
p.s. I am in TOTAL agreement on the “you can always clean later” theory…one must strike while the “inspirational iron” is hot!
Beautiful card, Barb! I also subscribe to the “stamp now, clean later (if at all!)” philosophy! Thanks for sharing.
This is beautiful! LOVE the ease of it! TFS!! Can’t wait to get my order! TFS! Love your Blog!
